Emily
Muller

A frequent ex-pat, Emily has spent most of her adult life studying and working abroad. While forging new homes in faraway cities and coastal villages, she found a love for multimedia journalism. She believes in nothing more than the power of genuine human connection.

Currently, Emily is a graduate student of International Affairs at Columbia University where she is Editor in Chief of the Morningside Post and an Institute of Global Politics student scholar. She is also Head of Copy Editing for Pilot Magazine, a London-based arts digest. She is the proud recipient of an ACES: The Society for Editing Scholarship, Roothbert Fellowship, RareVoice Award, and Andre Sobel Essay Award.

When she is not adding suggestions to a Google Doc, you can find her reading Susan Sontag and Donald Hall essays, exploring New York City museums, and advocating for disability rights.
